FBI Not Protecting Rights, Attacks Photog #FBI

Look at theses two videos. What you will see will or should make you angry, unless you are compliant sheep. The FBI and other law enforcement are here to protect our rights, not to be an occupying force.

David, the photographer, goes out a photographs and records videos in public. Many times he will record video of public buildings from public areas, like police stations. David does this to audit the response of the police personnel. Sometimes his activities are uneventful, too many times the response from law enforcement does not live up to protecting rights.

The two videos below are an example of law enforcement not being peace makers, instead they escalated the contact to an arrest. An arrest for just for exercising constitutionally protected activity.

Review the videos below.

Raw footage from my BodyCam of arrest by FBI in El Paso Tx on 4-20-17 at about 11 A.M. (Mountain). This took place at the FBI Bldg in El Paso. This footage only covers from initial contact by Agents until shortly after the arrest when I was sat on the ground. The full video runs almost two hours-most of which I was in cuffs on the ground without shade or water in temps at/about 100 degrees F.
